Convert psd to an older version

I have created and sent a photoshop file (cs3) to someone but they have photoshop 6 and cannot open the file.

Is there anything I can do to make this psd readable by photoshop 6? Are there any blending options or such that are not supported by photoshop 6?

Yes, lots of them, but not only blending modes, I can come up with a list of hundreds of things that would cause an issue with PS6

Wthout you have Photoshop 6 on your computer for testing, it will be a hell of a job to get it working.
 
I was afraid as much - I told her I would make all the various sizes and resolutions she may need - or she could download a cs4 demo and get what she needed out of it. Maybe it will get her to upgrade.
