Hey Stacey and welcome to PSG.

This is done the old fashioned way.

Create your document.
Add in your guidelines.

[ATTACH]55348[/ATTACH]

Choose your Polygonal Lasso Tool and set it's feather to about 1.2px
Use the tool to create a selection.

Now grab the Gradient Tool, set your foreground color, set your preset to Foreground to transparent.
While holding the shift key, create a gradient in the selection.

Repeat all the way around.

I did this fast.....you take your time!
