1 you takea font and type “JH”

2 you loadsome “splatter brushes “ and put them on a new layer
3 combinethe splatterbrushes with the text (merge or smart object)
4 puttexture layer on top and clip it to the layer beneath,
(Holddown Alt/Option and click the line between the two layers in the Layers palette)
