you can do that with variables

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/creating-data-driven-graphics.html#define_variables

1) save excel as csv-file ( first cel= title eg = "Name")
2) create 800x900 file with background layer and text-layer

3) goto image >> variables define and choose text-layer
4) goto file >> import dataset and browse to csv-file

5) goto file >> export datasets as files and choose for PSD
