Hi step 1 just put the code that I have there before your image tag in the html that screen shot was taken in Dreamweaver

step 2 yes that complete rectangle image there down to where it is thin

step 3 make/slice the image as I have marked in a red box and then in your html make it a background in that cell

step 4 no you have to make the image first so that you have the corner sections in your image
