I will assume that all you want is the pure desired color in the button and nothing else.  I will show the step by step on how to achieve that:


First each button is a group that when expanded consist of three Layers.  I have expanded the Layer for the first button on the left.

Each of the steps below is removing all the adjustments and leaving just the pure color of the button.


First, turn off the visibility of the top two of the three Layers in the first button group as shown:

In this next image, if you do not see the Layer Effects expanded below the Layer thumbnail, click on the dropdown arrow indicated by the right green arrow in the image below.

Once the Layer Effects is expanded, click on the viisility "eye" icon for the Effects with location shown by the left green arrow.

At this point you should have no added effects on the button and just the pure color.
