PS - To ensure that we aren't seeing JPG compression artifacts or similar things, please make the test image that you hand off to PS spatially very simple, say, just a few big blocks of uniform color.  That way, we also won't have to be bothered with exact pixel coordinates.

Also, let us know what software you used to read off RGB values (other than PS).
