Specific cutting the background out

Hey guys,
I see you doing amazing work.
I have a photo i need to remove the background so only the lady would stay so i can place it on other background.
since it's black hair on black background i didn't manage to do it right, mainly the hair.
I don't need whole of her, let say to the line where her lower sleeve ends.

I have left the bottom part so you can cut off what you want. I took the liberty and lightened it a little, I hope you don't mind.

I took Isac great job and as a tip for this kind of job, you can use some hair brushes to add those hairs that imposible or insane to try to cut with ps.
I did a fast job only using one brush for this one, just to show, you can use different tipes and play around with the brush option for more realism but it could be a really tedious job aswell XD.

I have many PNG images of various hair and just grab parts I need to blend in around the edges, Makes it easier for difficult cutouts.
