I want to make a poster like Ely Lara but I don't know how they made the cyberpunk or cyborg effect, if anyone knows how to make it I would be very grateful because I'm currently doing research on it.

Examples of Ely Lara's work.

Also, you should be learning skeletal structure. In almost all of the cyborg examples you have mentioned, the neck area has been replaced with implants.

Unless you are covering the implants with an outer "skin", they would be more like the second set of photos below.........

Normal "human" anatomy has a visible neck "skin" or covering.

As a general rule, in Cyborg anatomy, only the spinal structure would be visible.

Note: The second Mecha boy photos have corrected facial lines properly contoured.

Facial implants would be pronounced/protruding beyond or receded from the normal skin.

My best guess is that he draws the cyborg machinery under their necks. I don't know how much he draws. It doesn't appear very lifelike to me.
