Specific Design for a tattoo

Hello guys, wanted to know if you can help me out a bit. So I like this girl and she actually asked me to make a design for the first tattoo that she'll make.
Knowing her i made this on paper, since i'm lacking the skills to do it in photoshop.
By no means i say that i can draw so please, can you make it prettier? She want it to be only a black and white tattoo with the shadows and all of that.
Also can u make it look like a book by adding a few pages like it's a opened book? Or try something else with these 3 things? A book, a clock and a heart?

It has been my experience both here and in real life that it's best to take your images and ideas and consult with a professional tattooist. Most tattoo artist prefer to design their own tattoo with the recepiants ideas and inputs. The tattooist should easily be able to design your tattoo. Skin color, skin type, as well as tattoo alignment and underlying fatty areas or muscle definition all play a role in placement and tattoo design. Just my 2 cents.
