Did I get my money's worth? Please look

So I went to the local mom 'n' pop photo store for my photo needs. I had 3 vertical photos on my iPhone, which I wanted to get framed in some way or another as one piece.

After consultation, I was persuaded to do the following: have the 3 photos laid out in PhotoShop, against a neutral background, in a single PhotoShop file, which was then printed and mounted onto stretched canvas. It cost $140. Don't worry about the price, just understand that I am looking for a pretty high-quality product.

Here's my problem: I think that the photo store made some pretty basic mistakes in the PhotoShop phase of my project. It's not laid out well.

What I want you to do: PLEASE tell me what is wrong with the art featured in the attached image. Remember, this is literally a PhotoShop image printed on canvas, so judge the PhotoShop work. Judge it as PhotoShop.

What I am trying to do: I want to show the photo store, for their own good, that they are making very basic PhotoShop errors. I have already paid and am not trying to get my money back.

If your criticism lines up with mine, then I will be able to help this great local business improve its services.

So please give me some feedback! Thank you so much!

The originals would help ME give you a better feed back mate.
You also state you was 'looking for hi quality' your using a phone...

Well in most circumstances I would be saying you get what you paid for. This could have all been done buying your own frame not a canvas print with 3 sections in cost about $10 photo printing is about 25Cents a pic. Now I am not sure if the blurriness is coming from your original pic or the fact it has bled slightly in printing on a canvas.

I would say the pictures are not evenly spaced the right 1 as we look at it seems further away than the 1 on the left but this could be angle of the picture.

Unless the pictures were quite bad to start off with there really does not seem to be a lot of photoshop here i wouldnt even say this has color correction in yet again hard to judge from a photo.

Canvas prints are good if used right if you are going to digitally frame each image and print it as 1 to give the effect of 3 why print on canvasas.

Honestly if you wanted a canvas print of this I would have had it printed on 3 different canvasas having the image take up the whole canvas for each section and then hung them with the gap..

But then it is very hard to judge anything from a photo.

camera takes an image at millions of colours
printig looses lots of colours and detail (especially on canvas
taking a picture of said canvas will trick the camera and perform poor results
uploading picture to web compresses even more colors and detail so if you want a photoshop review you are best uploading the bbefore and after images not via a photo.

And sorry for no originals, but I don't have an original of the final piece, and I wanted you to judge it as it is, thus the picture.

Thanks so much for your feedback.

yet again your photo is taken at an angle so hard to judge but I used a red rectangle to highlight if it is uneven or not the spacing between the oics is actually ok but that depends on the real angle it is the overall image allignment I think may be slightly off
catpic.png

the red boxes are the same in opposite directions just copied and pasted on opposite sides we are talking mms here so down to you if it looks right with the human eye then that is more accurate than from a picture

Ok I should stop being coy.

And Hoogle you are the reason I use teh intarwebz.

My problems:

1. The pics as a whole are too left

2. There is more space between 2 & 3 than 1 & 2

3. The middle pic is a pixel or two too high!! If it were canvas stretch it would be bowed and it's not. This is pure misalignment. And that's what gets me the most

Well I am sure if they will reprint it for you then if you can get 3 images or whatever you like in the future and upload them here I am sure someone will do you a decent PSD ready for print.
