Hi people!

I am extremely new here and if it weren't for dv8_fx I wouldn't know of this place. :righton:

I'm just getting started on this and bought a book on Digital Photography with Adobe Photoshop Elements. The authors are Gavin Cromhout and Josh Fallon, anyway I don't know this guys or how recommendable they are but what the heck :\

So you'll be hearing from me I guess in a few days bombarding you all gurus with questions. ;) :D

BTW is Adobe Photoshop Elements different from Adobe Photoshop 7?
Many many thanks! MUAH!

MUAH! :bustagut:
Welcome to the community Doll, hope you enjoy your stay. :righton:

Ask away whenever you need/want to. That's what we're all here for! And never be afraid to offer help/advice to others too, if you feel that you can add anything to a thread, or just want to join in the fun. [honesty]

There are a lot of things different between PS Elements, and the full-blown PS7. Specifically to do with printing; that i'm aware of. I'm sure you can find a very specific 'feature list' on Adobe's site. That would provide you the best idea of what they are.

Welcome aboard Doll_75! :) Enjoy your stay!

Hello Doll and Welcome
I hope you enjoy this site and learn as much as I have here!
Just today a co-worker turned me on to this site and it sounds perfect for you. www.arraich.com It also has tutorials for Photoshop Elements!
I am looking forward to viewing your renditions :righton:

Well now. :righton: Nice to see you made it here doll. I'll get to your question later on in the day. JET LAG and lack of sleep.

For the moment, browse the topic areas to get a feel of this here helpful and zanny family. And for laughs and pixel manipulation fun, check out the cannon thread in the Campfire area.
