displacement maps in CS4 for WINXP

where are the "displacement maps" in photoshop CS4 for WIN???

in all earlier versions, there was a displacement map folder in program files:

program files
adobe
photoshop
plugins
effects
displacement maps

these could be accessed thru the the filter pulldown:

filter
distort
displace...

can't be found in CS4.... what's up????
