You could try reversing this...

Distorted Text Question

Or failing that use the Warp option with the Type tool selected and set to 'Arc Lower'.....give it a negative value and the bottom will curve upward.

The font used very much dictates the results of any text warping....Illustrator will give better results if you have it otherwise it may be just a case of experimenting with PS till it looks right.
