Can you tell me why I am having difficulty importing older CS4 PSDs into Lightroom 3. I get a message about Max Compatibility, but my settings on preferences indicate "always" for Max Compatibility.

I have used CS, CS2, CS3 and am currently running CS4 and have only encountered this problem since I began using LR3 last month. I have the suspicion that it has something to do with the 32/64 bit operating systems of either CS4 and LR3 that results in the incompatibility. The error message indicates that I need to update to ACR 6.6, but I have attempted to update CS4 and LR3 and receive a message that I am up-to-date.
I still can't import older PSD files! HELP!
