Specific Edit FF emblem

I am trying to get the emblem of these pictures in black and white and without the circles and rays marked in red. Can anyone edit this? I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Actually not, those things are the ones I would like to have removed, so I would have only the background in black and white. The things marked in red are the ones to be removed. Thank you very much
