Editing a car (will pay if needed)

So this job isn't so much professional as a "just to see" sort of thing. My grandfather and I work with cars a lot. Recently we came across a 1947 Dodge truck and want to rat rod it out. Basically we want to lower the car, remove the fenders, and put fat tires in the back. This is the picture I'm working with, but feel free to find another, change the background, or whatever you like.



Any help/suggestions would be immensely appreciated.

i will do it if you want, although it will cost about ten pounds if that is alright (i have got years of experience). I,ll download the picture, and start on it. if you can give me more detail on what you want the finnished image to look like.
