Specific Fix grassy patch and any other enhancement

The original photo is taken in an area with dead grass. Would like to just get that dead grass looking green. Mainly the area to the right of the car (front of picture). Also would like the vehicles on the back to be removed. Any other color enhancements or other enhancements would be appreciated as well. Thank you

After cloning out the background vehicles, I used selective colour adjustments to add green to the brownish areas then selective applied that with a mask to blend the green in with the brown. You can always use the patch tool to also add green to the brown patches. I then blurred the background and applied sharpening to the vehicle and the foreground.
