Fix my image so its T-SHIRT ready? (free)

Hey guys

I have absolutly no money to pay, but im trying to help out a friend with his band by makeing band t-shirts. but I need to get this image t-shirt ready cuz the guy that is gonna make the shirts for us says it need to be big and high resolution so when he blows it up it was pixleate

I believe he is going to want it in pdf or ai formate correct?

Yeah, ill need it in what ever format i can take it to the shirt guy. Someone helped me out a little. heres the new image.
