Specific Flash issue

Hi there, I have an issue with the following pic:

As you can see, the flash of the spotlight behind me is covering a part of my face. I tried lots of tools to fix it, but I'm a Photoshop noob and I cant remove the light without "destroy" my face or making it look clearly photoshoped.
Can anyone remove just a bit the flash of my face Making the photo continue to look natural?

You could try to take another pic of your face in a similar angle, so it will be much easier and have a better result.

There is not enough detail on that side of the face and like you said it would look photoshoped, it will need to be reconstructed for a good look and probably a few hours of work.
