Hi all,

A friend of mine asked me of wich fonttype is the greenpeace logo is made.
She needs this for a school program.

When you look at this logo you will see that the E's all are a bit different so it won't probally a official font type. But anything close will do
I have absolutely no clue maybe you guys can help me help her.

Cheers

Since all the Es are different I highly suspect this was totally handdrawn. What exactly are you looking? The logo itself or the font to use in some other text?

I don't have anything in my font file that looks similiar.

Looks hand drawn to me. Your friend could scour the free font sites to find a similiar one and manupulate the letters to resemble the sample.

The Greenpeace logo was definitely hand drawn. Joy's suggestion is probably best. Your friend might start by looking at Blambot's free fonts. Maybe Acme Secret Agent found on the third page of the free dialogue fonts.

Thanks all,

I will tell her to look at that website Welles maybe she'll find what she is looking for.

Cheers
