Without having the gif's in question I'll have to assume how you've got this set up....it also means I can't provide any useful screenshots but you should be able to follow if you've got this far.

I assume then that you have 50 frames that make up the animation of the background.

I'll therefore assume you also have 50 frames of the image animation.

The corresponding (100) layers would therefore be split 50 background on the bottom half, and 50 layers above that for the image.

To move all the image layers just select the top 50 layers and move them altogether to the center.

The only disadvantage is that you will then have to go through each frame and make sure that the right layers are visible for that frame.
