Ghost pixels after PS treatment

I've processed several .nef images in PS (CC 2014 on MacBook Pro, Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014, macOS Mojave 10.14.6) and after that on some of the images black dotted lines emerged. Any idea what it is and how to fix that...? Uploaded photo is enlarged to 300%, made by Nikon D5100 (ISO 320).

Off hand I am not aware of that problem.
It might help if you provided a link the the NEF on a file sharing site to see if the problem shows with other systems.

If the problem occurs in the exact same pixel position on the sensor, that might indicated a camera problem.

Other than someone having specific knowledge of that problem some debugging will need to occur (divide and conquer apporach) and here is a link for PS troubleshooting if the root cause is not found soon: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/basic-troubleshooting.html
