Filters Glitch effect same like this?

Heya all... Long time no see... Been busy alot in work..

Can someone quickly guide me on how to achieve something similar like this?

I will be very thankful..

Photo from my example:

1. Desaturate (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + U) or Image > Adjustments > Desaturate
2. Duplicate image twice, so you have 3 same layers
3. Leave bottom one as it is
4. Second duplicate move several pixels left
5. Third duplicate move several pixels right
6. On second and third set blending options as shown below ( only R, G. B checkboxes are changed):

7. Select your duplicated layers and group them (Cmd/Ctrl+G)
8. Add mask to your group with black color
9. Using rectangular marquee tool select areas you want effect to be visible and fill them white (still being inside mask)
10. Result:

Of course there is a little shift in entire image so you can add it also ;)
