I suggest you look into using Variables in Photoshop alternately called Data Driven Graphics where one of the options is to replace text in a template and create many unique images per this link:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/creating-data-driven-graphics.html

There are many online videos on this topic as well.
