Hello and welcome to PSG.

I'm hoping someone will jump in here and offer you some help. Not knowing your level of experience with Photoshop, I have a technique for this, but I fear it's a bit involved for someone not familiar with Photoshop. You would need to know how to use the Pen Tool, stroking a path, Layer Styles, and multiple (2) layer masks.

I used your example as an overlay. And just followed the pattern.
