help drawing skyline city

Adobe Illustrator would be a better program for making these.
In Photoshop you would use only these tools............Pen Tool, Shape Tools, and the Type Tool.

There are no copyright problems in posting an example image when asking about how to create it, please do not start any new threads.

This would be one of MANY methods/techniques...............
Use the Pen Tool to make a path in the shape of a city.....
Right click and choose "Fill Path"....
Done (with this part)
There's simply too much to include in a tutorial here............you just have to learn how to use the tools.
If you want something that's building or city specific, you will need to use reference photos. There's no easy fast simple one button pushed method for doing this. It take some time and work.
