Help me please with the photo...

good day, photoshop Guru! Could you please provide me with the detailed information of what had been done on this photo (filters, cross-processing etc.). i tried myself best but i couldn't achieve such a result. Thank you!

it looks like Nik colour effex pro software using the cross process filter unfortunately the plugin suite starts at $99 - $199 but I am sure there are other several plugins available. It can be achieved using curve adjustment layers but fairly fiddly

I assume it's 1. Hue/Saturation with probable Soft Color (sorry - Soft Light) blending mode. And then maybe Chanell Mixer again, probably with blending mode differ from Normal. Does it help?

The author didn't use any of the 3rd party filters as far as i know.. everything was done in photoshop with no other plug-ins. SeniorS - it helped me a bit.. but i still can't achive thesame result i guess it's just 1/5 of what is done there. may be could you please do the same with this photo?

Sorry not such look it is a case of playing with lots of little settings curves adjustment layer as a start but really it is playing with all different options

Hue/Saturation, Chanell Mixe, Curves, Selective Color.
Not 100% same i have to admit.

that would be down to camera setup zoomed in on maximum focal length of the lense so slight blur apart from what is focused on

Play with Gausian Blur with blending mode - Lighter Color and with layer mask lower effect on face.
Something like that:

But i added little Surface Blur at first.
