ok i know i'm a novice but i'm trying to get the proffesional look on one particular print we have...i have a shot of my bride holding her bouquet behind her back. It's in colour but i want everything else in the photo b/w and just the bouquet in color. how do i do it ???
Cheers

Make a copy of the image onto another layer. Desaturate that layer. Add a layer mask to the grayscale layer and mask out the bouquet thus showing the color through the masked portion. (and don't listen to anyone that comes along later and tells you to use any of the erase tools... it's just bad.)

Welcome to PST.

A simple action to do it is available from ------------- - but are you sure you want this effect; it might be past it's sell-by-date :)
