Hi Duga.

I dunno how your psd setup for this image is but the gif in IR shows 9 ani layers. The wheel shifted position from layers 3 to 8. You'll have to centre it constantly through all layers as you rotate the wheel.

Here's a quickie fixer upper..... hehehe , not finely done but if you re-work on it, it'll be better than this
