Hi [USER=144700]@NDG2911[/USER] lots of ways to do this in PS.
Another is the Spatter brush filter with the smoothness set to 1 and the Spatter set to somewhat less that the gap between bands (experiment with it)
The last image shows both before and after including an uplift with a curves adjustment layer to see the banding more clearly.
