Definitely from the Etelka Text Pro family.

I first thought it was the Bold style but it was actually Regular. You have to adjust the tracking (-75) then stretch (CTRL+T) transform the text horizontally to get the configuration on your site's banner text.

edit..... I only thought of this just now... Faux bold could have been added... Try that without the above procedure.

But you can get an almost exact look with what I mentioned earlier.
