OK this is what I done

First create the circle with the Ellipse Tool

With these settings

[ATTACH]63338[/ATTACH]

Draw the shape

[ATTACH]63339[/ATTACH]

Open Layer Styles Panel and select Bevel and Emboss and change the depth to 1000

[ATTACH]63340[/ATTACH]

Then change the size to about 80

[ATTACH]63341[/ATTACH]
