Help with Photoshop bridge error

I need help. I am running CS5 and when I was in Bridge I make folders for my high res and low res photos. After the job is complete I sort them in folders. As I am trying to send my HR photos in the HR folder, I am getting this error: The operation cannot be completed because you do not have sufficient permissions.
Ok, what does this mean and how do I fix this? I am very close to pulling out my hair!!!
