How do i do this? from scratch? from something already designed?
1/8 bleed at 300dpi

final size should be 4.125 x 6.125

This means you have to extend the final design output by 1/8 of an inch .

From your specs, your finished design/product is 4 x 6. You have to extend the design by 1/8" on all sides. That 1/8 is called the BLEED.

And your design should be created at a resolution of 300 dpi .
