Hindi typing not happening

hindi typing is not happening in photoshop even hindi font selected. selected east Asian in typing preferences too.

What exactly happens when you try to type it out? Are you sure you have installed the font properly? Place the font files into the C:\Windows\Fonts folder.

It's showing english as always normally

Firstly make sure you've installed the Font properly by placing it into the aforementioned folder.

And what I suggest next is to try using a different font. Here, try the fonts from http://www.easynepalityping.com/download-hindi-fonts - The Devanagari font works for me.
