How add 3D filter to Photoshop CC 2014

to my photshop CC 2014, because my phothsoip 2014 dosnt have.

You have to upgrade to CC 2014 version 14.1 or higher.

Why do people still use CC 2014, it doesn't cost anything to upgrade to CC 2018 does it?

in my case .... i prefere 2014 environment , and the mos important ..... 2014 use less procesor and memory

Please read...........you need 2014.1 or higher.
