Hello everyone!

its not exactly easy for me to explain with words what i want so bare with me.
How can i copy/remove(i don't care) the "man of the match" text, of this photo

[ATTACH]12450[/ATTACH]exactly as it is but without the background colors,to an other photo, for example in this one

[ATTACH]12453[/ATTACH]
