Try this:


1. Add a 'Black and White' adj layer.

2. Add a 'Threshold' adj layer.


Adjust to taste.


You could also throw in a 'Levels' adj layer between the two if you wanted to.


Play around with the B&W adj .... you may get a better result than the default.
