How Do I Move Photos with Tags to New Computer?

Hello,

I'm trying to move my photos from Photoshop Album to my new computer.

I'm able to burn my photos onto a dvd but have been unable to figure out how to move the photos with their appropriate tags.

Can anyone please help me?
