you cant angle it differently unless you can use some 3d modelling software and recreate the picture you will not be able to paint it in without it being obvious. the only other way would be to copy the number plate and windscreen to new layers then transform the mini and right click it and select flip image horizontal and then blend back in the number plate and windscreen so the steering wheel and plate are still on the right side but that will only give you a mirrored effect and not turn the car around. the easier way would be to get images of the car facing the direction you want it to face and maybe tweak it afterwards so it all looks like the same car
