Here is one way.


Open a new document.

Set your background color (Off White).


Select your Type Tool.

Type out the text in the color white.


Select your Magic Wand Tool. Set sample size to "Point Sample" and your tolerance to 200. Tick the "anti-alias" and "contiguous" boxes.

Zoom in to your text.

Hold down the shift key and select all of the drop shadow elements of the text.

It should look like this....

Now go to > LAYER > NEW FILL LAYER > SOLID COLOR

Use the Color Picker to choose a color.........yellow.


It should now look like this.....
