Watch this video. Instead of a glare, make it a solid color. [MEDIA=youtube]AmNHGAFRy70[/MEDIA]

Your version should look like this...........

White Background layer.

Text layer in a very light grey color.....
[ATTACH=full]83054[/ATTACH]

Then on a new layer, a solid color rectangle.......
[ATTACH=full]83055[/ATTACH]

Then select the Rectangle layer and right click, select "create clipping mask".

Now start the frame animation as is shown in the video.
