How to create a Picture Stack?

Just wondering if someone would help me how i would create something like this? link below

I dont have PS elements but have CS6 so wanna use it, anyone help me out? or link me to a tutorial please

Is this what you want? I have it in CS5.

files> Scripts>>Load files into stack

Get frames (make them or find online) and then add picture to it by creating Clipping Mask and moving picture to the place where it looks good to you.
