How to fix misregistered colors on magazine scans?

Hello.

Do you know how to separate the misregistered grey-blue color in the following sample image to line it up with the other colors? How would you do it?



I've got a lot of scans from old magazines, and many of them have misregistered colors. The sample image is downloaded from web in order to show in an extrem what I need.
