how to give two color effect in a graphics image

hello i want to give a shade of red and grey in a graphic image.... will any one help me out???
the image is of green color and i want it in two colors...

There are many, many different ways to do this. For example, here's a nice tutorial on using a gradient fill layer to make different parts of an image different colors:

Here's a different method using the brush tool in the color mode (look at the next-to-the-last image in the tutorial):

Just like in the other thread that you recently started on this forum, you never posted an example. In all "how-do-I-do-something" type of threads, you will get much better help if you post an example of the effect you are looking for. Verbal descriptions are never adequate. If we have to guess what we think you want, and then keep offering you possibilities until you find one that is what you want / like, it wastes everyone's time. An example helps immensely.

Also, Google is your friend: It took me no more than 15 seconds to find the links to the above two tutorials.
