The page you linked to is a tutorial.
The tutorial says the letters were done with Layer Styles.
There are tutorials for layer styles here
Learn the ones for Layer Styles, and you will be able to duplicate that effect.

enaamorado i think you'd be much better off learning to create those effects from scratch first before jumping into using an Action for them.

If you were to continue only relying on premade effects, you'll never learn Photoshop and you'll always be dependant on others for anything great you do with it.

Trust me... it won't take that long to become good enough to create those basic effects for yourself. Then YOU can be the one giving away Actions to OTHER people.
