For you who don´t know what IKEA is I better add that it is a company where you buy furniture and other stuff that you have to mount yourself. In earlier times (?) there was ALWAYS some screw or gadget missing when you sat there on a pile of junk trying to follow the instructions.

Pushing boundaries is what causing progress mate! Mm the meatballs.. I haven´t had any for… likely 15 years something now but the taste and smell is still there in my mind reminding me. I´ve been trying to avoid meat as much as possible but they sure are incredible tasty. Meatballs with mashed potatoes, Lingonberry jam and Felix sliced salty cucumber… sigh! I dunno whether they actually taste the same abroad tho because we use a slight different size on the minced meat. A bit bigger grain which gives a better density.

Fenix, I didn´t see what you posted before it was removed, but you have to understand that this isn´t Sweden, they have censorship here, it takes some getting used to, but you´ll learn. lol.
