Image Processor Stalls - "History Stae Not Available

Im trying to run CS2 Image Processor, (Dr Brown's mod) to save RAW files as JPEGS and TIFFs, applying a capture sharpening action on each. I et "error: General Photoshop error has occured - the object history state xxx is not currently available. : 1314".
