Iisthphir, did you try duplicating a channel to use it as a base, then?

From what you explain it sounds like the polarize filter has been used on the channel...

 

Again, please post a screenshot, if there is no confidentiality issue.


Please re-post your other question in a different thread, so that it can be useful for others. Part of the solution is to change the mode, I think. Duotone, maybe? What did a google search suggest you?
